By using our trade-in service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Trade-ins are available on selected padel rackets only.
  
• The racket must be genuine, complete, and free from structural damage unless otherwise stated.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse any racket that does not meet our acceptance criteria.
  

2. Provisional Valuation

• All trade-in values provided online or in-store are provisional estimates only.
  
• Provisional valuations are based on the information you provide and current market conditions.
  
• Valuations are valid for 14 days from the date they are issued.

3. Physical Inspection and Final Valuation

• All trade-in rackets are subject to a physical inspection once received by us.
  
• We will assess the racket’s condition, authenticity, and overall suitability for resale.
  
• Final valuations may change due to:
  - Wear and tear not previously disclosed
  - Structural damage
  - Repairs or modifications
  - Changes in market value

4. Acceptance of Final Valuation

• Once a final physical valuation is confirmed and accepted by you, the trade-in contract is complete.
  
• At this point:
  - Ownership of the racket transfers to us
  - The racket will not be returned
  - Store credit will be issued as agreed

5. Store Credit

• Trade-in values are issued as store credit only.
  
• Store credit:
  - Cannot be exchanged for cash
  - Is non-transferable
  - Must be used in accordance with any stated expiry or usage conditions
  
• Store credit can be used against eligible products on our website.

6. Declining a Final Valuation

• If you choose to decline the final valuation:
  - You may request the racket to be returned to you
  - Return postage costs will be charged at £4.95

7. Shipping and Responsibility

• You are responsible for the racket while it is in transit to us.
  
• This includes responsibility for:
  - Loss
  - Theft
  - Damage
  
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
  
• We are not liable for rackets lost or damaged in transit to us.

8. Market Value Changes

• Trade-in values are influenced by supply, demand, and market conditions.
  
• We reserve the right to adjust valuations if market values change, even within the 14-day validity period.

9. Fraud and Misrepresentation

• If a racket is found to be counterfeit or materially misrepresented:
  - The trade-in will be rejected
  - No store credit will be issued
  - The racket may not be returned

10. General

• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the trade-in scheme at any time.
  
• These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
  
• Any disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
