How does the price matching work?
If you've seen products cheaper elsewhere, get in touch and we can see what we can do to match that price for you. Criteria will need to be met, such as availability on the other store, location of the other store etc but we will always do our best to give you the best deal.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail and international orders will be delivered using DHL.
All orders will receive a tracking number when notification of the order is complete and dispatched.
Any customs or import fees charged by the customer's country on delivery will be payable by the customer and are not the liability of Ultimate Padel.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm the same day.
The timeframe for delivery will then depend on the shipping service selected for the order.
