At Ultimate Padel, we want to help you find the perfect racket - which is why we offer a demo service that lets you try one out before committing to a purchase. Here’s how it works:
- When you request a demo, you’ll be charged the full retail price of the racket, as listed on our website.
- If you’d like us to post the racket to you, a £5.00 delivery fee will be added (next working day courier service, excludes weekends).
- Prefer to collect in person? You can arrange to pick up and return the demo racket from our shop in West Mersea, Essex, at no extra cost (by appointment only).
- Rackets must be returned within 7 days of you receiving them. You’ll need to cover the return postage, and we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as the racket remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us.
- If you decide to keep it, we’ll send you a brand-new version of the same model once we’ve received the demo racket back in good condition. If the racket is priced under £60, a shipping charge will apply for the new one.
- If it’s not the right fit for you, simply send it back. Once we’ve checked it over and confirmed it’s in acceptable condition, we’ll refund the amount you paid (excluding any shipping fees).
- Please note: If the racket is returned damaged or in worse condition than when it was sent out, we may withhold part or all of the payment. We’ll always contact you first before making a final decision.
